The Rolling Stones inaugurate the new arena in Nanterre
On 19 October 2017 the Rolling Stones inaugurated the U Arena in Nanterre (on the north-western outskirts of Paris), formerly known as Arena 92. A stadium and concert venue designed by architect Christian de Portzamparc, the new Arena can host up to 40,000 spectators, making it the biggest modular space in Europe. RFR's assignment was to design and build the façades.
