Delivery of office building "View"
The "View" building is designed by the Baumschlager Eberle Arch. agency, on behalf of Nexity Immobilier and Crédit Agricole immobilier.
The "View" building offers an office area of 22,000m², and 450m² of shops at the Porte des Lilas in Paris.
RFR designed and performed the exterior carpentry work, the nacelles and occultation systems of the building. The project being located near the highway, the conception also had to include a particularly good acoustic performance to ensure the comfort of the occupants at all times.
In response to that particularity, RFR has developed a single skin facade (double glazing) with very large comfort windows, in collaboration with the project’s acoustician. The acoustic tests validated the performance.
