Handover imminent for a high-rise office building in Paris
In a few weeks' time, RFR will take part in the handover procedures for a high-rise office building located on rue Raymond Losserand in Paris, following the refurbishment of a building originally constructed in 1978.
The project, developed by Bruther et Studios Architecture, aims to give the property a new identity by completely replacing its façades and increasing its internal floor area by 3000 m².
The works aim to achieve high levels of architectural quality, convenience and technical performance. RFR performed the complete design studies for the replacement of all the original curtain walls of the high-rise building, in order to create a glazed façade through which the original concrete structure can be seen.
