Description
The project, located North of Paris, includes the heavy refurbishment of a historic industrial building and the construction of three news buildings.
The façades of the renovated historic building aim to keep the existing appearance, using aluminum frames and steel profiles.
The new buildings present timber frame façades, with wood-aluminium windows and a steel cladding.
