Zoom on the Influence 2 project
Delivered by Nexity after 3 years of work, Influence 2 is part of the continuity of the Influence project, intended to embody the headquarters of the Ile de France region.
Designed by architect Jacques Ferrier, the new building is part of a large-scale development operation of the ZAC of the Docks of St Ouen. The building is accessible by the lines 13 and 14 of the parisian metro.
With a total area of 24.046m², the building is composed of 7 floors of offices, offering generous interior spaces, large plateaux of 2.900m², an interior patio, and a hanging garden. The building also meets the best energy standards; HQE excellent, BREEAM very good, and RT 2012 -40%.
RFR's participation to this project consists in the realization of all exterior joinery works, occultations and sushades, canopies, and access to maintenance platforms.
